Admissions :
Registration
1. Every child seeking admission from UKG to Class VIII has to get his/her name registered before 31st January.
2. Prospectus and Registration forms for admission to the school can be obtained from the school office on cash payment.
3. It should be duly filled and submitted, with the required documents and certificates as mentioned in the form, by the stipulated dates.
4. A Registration Number is given to each child on the receipt of his complete application form along with Certificate of Birth from any of the following :
(a) Hospital where child born (in case of ICI Parents).
(b) Public Health Dept. of Municipal Committee / Corporation / Block office.
(c) Transfer Certificate from a recognized affiliated School if the child is on transfer from another school.
(d) Character Certificate from affiliated school last attended and an undertaking to follow strictly school discipline and observe good conduct.
5. Registration fee is not refundable and registration is no guarantee for admission
Application Form :
It will be available in the FIRST WEEK of the December on payment basis.
Last Date
For Registration in 31st January every year. Registration charge is Rs. 150/-.
Expected Intake
Expected number of children to be taken in various classes will depend upon the seats available in those classes.
Results
Names of the selected children will be displayed on the School Notice Board in the First / Second week of March.
Results of Admission Test for class XI will be displayed in second-third week of June.
Admission
All admission upto Class VIII will be finalized by 20th March and Class XI by 31st June every year.
Note : Admission of married students to the school is not allowed. If a student gets married during his/her stay in the school he/she will not allowed to pursue his/her studies in the school.
Eligibility
Children seeking admission to UKG should have completed 4 years as on 1st April of that year, 5 years for class I, 6 years for class II and so on.
Fees have to be deposited within three days of selection for admission failing which the seat will be allotted to the next waitlisted candidates.
